Tribute to Bharat Ratna JRD Tata On Birth Anniversary by Jamshedpur Walkers Group

Citizens of Jamshedpur mark the birth anniversary of JRD Tata, India’s distinguished industrialist.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tributes were paid to JRD Tata on his birth anniversary by Jamshedpur Morning Walkers’ Group.

During the tribute to the visionary industrialist JRD Tata on his birth anniversary, members of the morning walkers group at JRD Sports Complex, including Ashok Goyal, Ajay Bhalotia, Harikishore Tiwari, Nirmal Singh, Krishna Kumar, Anil Goyal, Bhola, Nanda and others were present. 

In respect to the occasion, the statue of the great visionary was decorated. 

Shri Goyal, leading the tribute, lauded JRD Tata as a man with remarkable foresight. 

He envisioned Jamshedpur of the present day a hundred years ago. Thanks to his vision, the name of Jamshedpur is now famous not just in India, but across the globe,” said Goyal. 

Significantly, JRD Tata is the only industrialist to be honored with the highest civilian award of India, the Bharat Ratna.

Post this, the assembly was distributed laddoos, a symbol of joy and celebration, commemorating JRD Tata’s principles.
