Truck Hits Tata Motors Bus in Telco, Injures Workers

Early morning accident on Telco Road leads to hospitalization of Tata Motors worker.

JAMSHEDPUR – Telco police station has been informed about the road accident that occurred early morning on Tuesday involving a Tata Motors bus.

The truck driver involved in the incident, unfortunately, managed to flee the scene with his vehicle.

Officials from Tata Motors arrived promptly to evaluate the situation following the report of the accident.

Kaveri Chatterjee, a female worker who was on the bus at the time, is currently under care at the Tata Motors Hospital due to the injuries she sustained from the incident.

Chatterjee suffered injuries to her face and head during the accident and was immediately transported to the hospital.

Other employees on the bus endured minor injuries due to the collision.

The accident occurred when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction collided with a Tata Motors bus carrying workers.

The mishap took place near Telco Road, Jamshedpur at around 6:00 am on Tuesday.
