Anganwadi Workers, Sahiyas Trained in Gamharia for Voter Revision Ahead of 2024 Mission
Anganwadi workers and Sahiyas in Gamharia block undergo training for voter revision to prep for Mission 2024, under the guidance of SDO Ram Krishna Kumar.
JAMSHEDPUR – A voter revision program is being conducted across the country as per the directives of the Election Commission of India. This program’s primary objective is to add new voters, remove names from voter lists, and correct voters’ addresses. Block level officers (BLOs) are receiving phased training for this task, with the first phase already complete.
Special Training for Phase Two

The second phase of training is now underway, offering special instruction to Anganwadi workers and Sahiyas. On Saturday, at the Gamharia block office of Sarai Kela district, these key community workers were trained under the special voter revision program. SDO Ram Krishna Kumar participated in this unique training camp, providing special instruction related to voter list revision.
Acknowledging the Effort
SDO Ram Krishna Kumar expressed appreciation for the efforts of Block Development Officers (BDOs) and Circle Officers (COs) in executing this important program. He also urged people to actively participate in the special campaign and extend its reach as far as possible in preparation for the forthcoming elections in 2024.
The training provided to Anganwadi workers and Sahiyas is critical in achieving the goals of the voter revision program. Their role in local communities is pivotal and their training will significantly contribute to the successful implementation of Mission 2024.
