Rabindra Kumar Agarwal Appointed as Principal Secretary Finance of Kerala State

Chaibasa’s Rabindra Kumar Agarwal, a 1997 batch IAS officer, assumes new role as Principal Secretary Finance of Kerala State.

CHAIBASA – Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Rabindra Kumar Agarwal, hailing from Chaibasa, has assumed the prestigious role of Principal Secretary Finance for the Kerala State Government.

Agarwal, a 1997 batch officer, is known for his extensive service record across various departments of the Jharkhand Government.

Agarwal’s journey to his current position has its roots in Mangilal Rungta Chaibasa, where he completed his primary education.

He pursued his intermediate studies at Tata College, shaping the foundation of his illustrious administrative career.

He holds close ties to the Chaibasa Chamber of Commerce and Industries as the younger sibling of the Chamber’s President, Madhusudan Agarwal.

Upon the announcement of Agarwal’s appointment, several dignitaries from Chaibasa visited Madhusudan’s residence to express their congratulations.

Agarwal’s previous roles have seen him serve as the Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribagh Seraikela Kharsawan district, among other significant positions.

His persistent dedication and exemplary work have led him to one of the most notable roles within the government – the Principal Secretary Finance of Kerala State.

With his appointment, the ICAI officer originating from Chaibasa is ready to embark on a new journey of administrative duties at a higher level, carrying with him the blessings and good wishes of his hometown.
