Six Jharkhand Martial Arts Center Students Earn Black Belts

Children at the Jharkhand Martial Arts Training Center are honored with black belts, further strengthening their dedication to martial arts.

JAMSHEDPUR – Six students at the Jharkhand Martial Arts Training Center, based at the Telco Recreation Club, have successfully passed their black belt examinations.

These students, trained under Coach Sunil Prasad, include Shivani Ray, Shruti Das, Rudransh Jaiswal, Harshita, M. Vanishree, and Ashita Chowdhary.

Retired DIG Rajeev Ranjan and former BJP district president Dinesh Kumar presided over the event, honoring the students with mementos, certificates, and their hard-earned black belts.

The students expressed gratitude to Coach Sunil Prasad and the organization.

During his address, Ranjan highlighted that children are the future builders of the country, stressing the importance of integrating self-defense sports like taekwondo and karate into education.

Kumar also emphasized that the organization continuously strives to build both physical and mental strength in children.

The event featured several notable guests, including Amarjit Singh Raja, Dr. Sanjay Giri, Ravi Shankar, Balwinder Singh Kalsi, and Goldie Singh.

In addition to the ceremony, the organization provided a wheelchair to a disabled child living near the Ghorabandha Sai Temple, demonstrating its social responsibility.

The event was conducted by Jaideep Mukherjee and concluded with a vote of thanks by Coach and organization secretary, Sunil Prasad.
