J.H. Tarapore School Inducts New Student Leaders for 2024-25
Investiture Ceremony Highlights Leadership and Responsibility
J.H. Tarapore School formally welcomed its new student leadership team for the 2024-25 academic year during an Investiture Ceremony held on Thursday.
JAMSHEDPUR – J.H. Tarapore School inaugurated its new student leadership with an Investiture Ceremony, inducting 50 students into various roles.
Distinguished guests, including Directors Rubina Bodhanwala and Tina Bodhanwala Sood, graced the event.
Principal Lata Sharat and Vice-Principal Rukshana Gardin presided over the induction of the cabinet members.
Tasmia Fatma of Class XII was sworn in as the School Pupil Leader, while Vaanya Pandey of Class XI assumed the role of Assistant School Pupil Leader.
House leaders representing Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Topaz houses were also appointed, alongside ministers for Sports, Cultural, Discipline, Cleanliness, and Ethics.
Club leaders and their assistants were inducted as well.
The event commenced with a grand march by the Cabinet Members, accompanied by the school band.
A traditional lamp-lighting ceremony followed, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment.
Principal Lata Sharat, in her address, emphasized leadership and responsibility, highlighting the cabinet’s role in fostering a positive school environment.
The Investiture Ceremony aims to instill leadership qualities and a sense of collective responsibility in students.
The oath taken by the leaders underscored values of truth, justice, peace, and harmony within the school community.
With the new academic year underway, J.H. Tarapore School anticipates significant contributions from its student leaders in various school initiatives, setting a positive example for their peers.
