Saryu Roy Kickstarts Ramarcha Puja Preparations in Baridih Jamshedpur

MLA Saryu Roy initiates preparations for Ramarcha Puja in Baridih, Jamshedpur. The annual event, known for its large puris, is set to take place on July 3rd.

JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy on Thursday performed Bhoomi Pujan of Ramarcha Puja and flag hoisting of Hanuman ji at the ground near Baridih MLA’s office.

The puja was duly completed under the supervision of Pandit Vinod Pandey.

Along with the worship, the work of setting up pandals and stalls started in the ground.

Ramarcha Puja is to be held on 3rd July and Prasad is to be distributed on 4th July.

Every year on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, Ramarcha Puja is organized by MLA Saryu Roy, in which thousands of people come to receive the offerings.

In Ramarcha Puja, artisans coming from Bihar prepare large sized puris, which are also known as elephant ear puris.

This year also Ramarcha Puja will be organized at Ramarcha ground near MLA’s office in Baridih.

The work of distribution of invitation letters for Ramarcha Puja is being done.
