Zilla Parshad Purnima Malik Demands Road Reconstruction in East Singhbhum

Purnima Malik, Zilla Parshad, seeks immediate reconstruction of dilapidated roads in East Singhbhum district, citing public difficulties and accidents.

JAMSHEDPUR – Zilla Parshad Purnima Malik has submitted a memorandum to the Executive Engineer of the Road Construction Department demanding immediate reconstruction of several deteriorating roads under Jamshedpur block in the East Singhbhum district.

The present condition of these roads has become a severe issue for the general public and passers-by, leading to increased traffic problems and accidents.

The demand for immediate reconstruction was for several significant routes.

The road from Shankarpur to Govindpur via Sheetla Chowk and Golpahari turn under the Parsudih police station is one such route that requires urgent attention.

Additionally, the roads from Jugsalai Tata Pigment Gate to Station Road Status GRPF Thana Parishad and from Sankata Singh Petrol Pump above station culvert to Star Talkies were also highlighted in the memorandum.

Seva Lakshya President Manik Malik supported the call for reconstruction, stating that if the problem isn’t addressed, they are ready to launch a fierce agitation.

Among the attendees at the handover were Debbroto Biswas, Supriyo, Milan Mazumdar, Mujib and others.

They echoed the sentiments expressed by Purnima Malik and the general public, emphasizing the need for immediate action.
