Tragic Collision Claims Two Lives on Chowka Main Road in Kandra

Fierce collision between two vehicles results in two fatalities and road disruptions on Chowka Main Road, Kandra.

Seraikela – In a devastating accident near Raghunathpur Kali Mandir on Chowka Main Road, two drivers were killed when their vehicles JH 05 BY – 6953 and truck number JH 05 CM – 7606 collided head-on.

The impact was so violent that both vehicles were severely damaged, causing an immediate sensation in the area.

The road was closed to traffic as local authorities worked diligently to clear the scene and extricate the bodies of the drivers, both of whom perished on the spot.

Police from the Kandra station were promptly dispatched to the scene upon receiving news of the incident and have since initiated a rescue operation.

Preliminary reports indicate that the highway truck, laden with sand, was traveling towards Kandra from Chowka, while the second truck was en route from Kandra to Chowka.

The collision occurred near the Raghunathpur Kali temple, resulting in this catastrophic accident.
