Thieves Break into Sanitary Shop in Shastri Nagar, Steal Goods Worth 4 Lakhs

Jamshedpur: A shocking incident of theft has left the local business community in disarray.

Thieves broke into a sanitary shop located in Shastri Nagar, under the jurisdiction of the Kadma police station, stealing goods worth an estimated 4 to 5 lakhs.

Adding insult to injury, the criminals also took the CCTV cameras installed in the shop to avoid being identified.

The shop owner discovered the crime scene this morning when he arrived at his store.

He noticed the broken lock and, upon entering the premises, found the goods scattered all over the floor.

The owner immediately contacted the Kadma police station to report the incident.

A police team promptly arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation.

According to the shopkeeper, the thieves managed to steal a significant amount of valuable items from the store, totaling a loss of around 4 to 5 lakh rupees.

A formal complaint has been filed by the victim with the Kadma police station, and the officers are currently working on the case.

However, they have declined to provide any further details, stating that the investigation is still ongoing.

This alarming event has raised concerns among other shop owners in the area, who are now seeking additional security measures to safeguard their businesses.

The shop owner awaits updates from the police.
