CM Hemant Soren to lay foundation of Tinplate CRM expansion on Monday
The Expansion of Tinplate Cold Rolling Mill Expected to Boost Industrial Sector and Create Jobs in the Region
Jamshedpur: The city of Jamshedpur is gearing up to welcome State Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who is set to participate in the foundation stone laying program for the expansion of the Cold Rolling Mill of Tinplate Company, which is now a subsidiary unit of Tata Steel.
The program will be held at the Golmuri-based Tinplate Company, and the Chief Minister is expected to arrive at 1:00 a.m. Monday.
Apart from the senior Tata Steel and Tinplate company officials, the MD of Tinplate Company will also be present at the event.
The expansion is being carried out after the Tinplate Company amalgamation that was done last year with Tata Steel.
The expansion of the Cold Rolling Mill is expected to give a boost to the industrial sector in the region and create more job opportunities for the people.
The Chief Minister’s presence at the foundation stone laying program is seen as a significant gesture of support for the industrial development of the state.
Tata Steel has been a major player in the development of Jamshedpur and has contributed significantly to the growth of the region.
