District Education Officer Inspects DAV Public School, Honors Student Volunteers

East Singhbhum’s District Education Officer, Nirmala Kumari Barelia, visited DAV Public School, assessing security measures and honoring student volunteers.

JAMSHEDPUR – Nirmala Kumari Barelia, the District Education Officer of East Singhbhum, conducted an inspection at DAV Public School in Bistupur today.

The visit focused on assessing students’ security measures and the availability of basic amenities at the school.

While at the school, she took time to honor students who had volunteered at a Blood Donation Camp on April 19, 2023, the school’s ‘Inception Day’.

The DEO presented certificates to these young volunteers, acknowledging their participation in the socially significant event.

The students expressed their excitement and privilege upon receiving recognition from the DEO.

The officer commended the children and their parents for their responsible citizenship and active participation in such a social initiative.

She further encouraged the students to follow a healthy diet, pursue their studies with zeal, and continue contributing to impactful social causes.

DAV Public School’s Principal, Pragya Singh, thanked the District Education Office for their visit and expressed her gratitude to the student and parent volunteers for showcasing their spirit of social responsibility.
