Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahto hands over 5 ambulances to Admn

Jamshedpur: Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahato handed over the keys of 5 ambulances to the DC of Seraikela-Kharsawan Arava Rajkamal. These ambulances have been bought with MLA Fund. The MLA also flagged off the ambulances.

Keeping in view the possibility of a third wave of corona infection, Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahto handed over the keys of five ambulances purchased from MLA fund to Deputy Commissioner Arava Rajkamal to serve the people of the area.

The MLA Savita Mahto, Deputy Commissioner Arava Rajkamal, Deputy Development Commissioner Praveen Kumar Gagrai and Chandil SDO Ranjit Lohra were present on the occasion. They jointly flagged off the five ambulances.

After receiving the key of the ambulance, the Deputy Commissioner Arava Rajkamal expressed his gratitude to MLA Savita Mahato and said that it should be used in the interest of the needy people of the area.

He said that tillagers will get the benefit of ambulance.

Apart from this, he said, the ambulances will be operated as per requirement in Chandil sub-division area.

He said that at present the operation of the ambulance will be done through a temporary driver, but for its successful operation, the health department will appoint a driver through outsourcing and operate the ambulance.

He told that during the second period of corona infection, there has been a shortage of ambulances in the district, including in the Chandil subdivision area.

In such a situation, it is commendable by Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahto to provide ambulances keeping in mind the needs of the people of the sub-division.

He said that availability of ambulances will help in providing timely health facilities to the local people. Also, the utility of ambulances will increase in the possible third wave, in such a situation, these ambulances will have special importance in providing medical facilities at a healthy time to the people of the area.

On the other hand, MLA Savita Mahto said that in view of the lack of ambulances, five ambulances have been handed over to the district administration for the purpose of providing timely medical aid to the people of four blocks of Ichagarh.

She said that its utility will increase during the possible third wave of corona infection.

She asked the district administration to maintain these ambulances in a good condition make it available to everyone in time of need.
