JAMSHEDPUR – Students of Tagore Academy School organised a grand rally in Sakchi on Saturday to mark Rabindranath Tagore’s 165th birth anniversary and spread awareness about his ideals.
The rally began from Tagore Academy School premises in Jamshedpur. Hundreds of students joined the procession enthusiastically.
Students carried banners and placards throughout the rally. They highlighted Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore’s literary and cultural contributions.
Meanwhile, patriotic slogans echoed across the route. Cultural awareness messages created an inspiring atmosphere.
Teachers and school officials also accompanied the students. The programme drew attention from local residents and commuters.
Moreover, the school management described Tagore as a cultural icon. Officials said his teachings still inspire younger generations.
They said Tagore represented education, humanity and Indian traditions. They also stressed moral learning among students.
