SERAIKELA – Deputy Development Commissioner Reena Hansda conducted a surprise inspection of Kukru block office in Seraikela-Kharsawan district on Friday.

She visited the BDO office and reviewed progress reports. All departments presented their work status sequentially. Hansda gathered detailed information from each section.

The DDC examined MGNREGA implementation in the block. She reviewed Abua Awas and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana schemes. JSLPS programs were also assessed during the visit. Moreover, 15th Finance Commission projects came under scrutiny.

Various welfare schemes running in the aspirational block were reviewed. Hansda sought updated status reports from officials. She inquired about implementation challenges and solutions.

Government quarters underwent thorough inspection by the DDC. She checked maintenance and occupancy status of residential facilities. Living conditions were assessed during the rounds.

Hansda issued specific directions to halka employees and CIs. She emphasized timely execution of caste certificates. Income certificates must be processed without delay. Residential certificates require prompt issuance as well.

“Kukru is an aspirational block,” she told officials. An IAS officers’ training program will be organized soon. The program holds significant importance for the region.

Trainee officers will conduct field visits during the program. They will observe the aspirational block’s development status. Implementation of various schemes will be examined closely.

“Ensure all records are updated and accessible,” directed Hansda. The training program requires comprehensive documentation. Officials must prepare detailed reports on ongoing projects.

The DDC stressed accountability in service delivery. She emphasized citizen-centric governance in the block. Furthermore, transparent implementation of schemes was highlighted.

Block officials assured prompt action on the directions. They committed to maintaining updated records regularly. Certificate processing will be expedited immediately.
