Mock Drill Conducted for President Murmu’s Jamshedpur Visit

2,500 Police Personnel Deployed for December 29 Programs

JAMSHEDPUR – District administration conducted comprehensive mock drills Sunday for President Droupadi Murmu’s scheduled visit on December 29.

Security arrangements have been finalized completely. The drills covered multiple program venues. Moreover, police prepared routes from Sonari Airport.

President Murmu undertakes a three-day Jharkhand tour. She reaches Ranchi Sunday evening. However, she arrives in Jamshedpur Monday morning.

The President lands at Sonari Airport at 10:10 AM. She departs for Disom Jahrasthan at 10:40 AM. Furthermore, Governor Santosh Gangwar accompanies her.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren will attend the event. Indian Santali Writers Association organizes the program. Besides, the Ol Chiki script centenary celebration occurs there.

President Murmu addresses the Ol Chiki gathering. The script completes 100 years of existence. Meanwhile, Karandih hosts this significant cultural event.

The President reaches Jamshedpur Parisadan at noon. She proceeds to NIT Adityapur later. In addition, the convocation ceremony begins at 2:05 PM.

The President participates in NIT’s convocation ceremony. She departs for Ranchi at 3:40 PM. On the other hand, Gumla receives her visit Tuesday.

Anurag Kispotta serves as Kolhan DIG. He oversees security arrangements comprehensively. Furthermore, he detailed deployment numbers publicly.

Approximately 2,500 police officers are stationed strategically. Ten IPS officers monitor security protocols. Besides, two IAS officers supervise administrative arrangements.

“Robust security ensures peaceful program completion,” Kispotta stated. The arrangements prevent any security lapses. Moreover, coordination among agencies remains excellent.

Mock drills tested communication systems thoroughly. Emergency response protocols were verified. Subsequently, contingency plans received final approval.

Traffic management plans are operational for Monday. Alternative routes have been designated citywide. Meanwhile, public cooperation has been requested.

The route inspection occurred earlier in Seraikela. District officials cleared encroachments previously. Furthermore, beautification work was completed timely.

President Murmu’s December 29 visit holds cultural significance. The Ol Chiki centenary marks linguistic heritage. In addition, NIT convocation celebrates academic excellence.
