JAMSHEDPUR – The Akhil Bharatiya Ganda Samaj Yuva Samiti organized a Mata Jagran during the Ganesh Puja celebrations at Howrah Bridge, Nehru Colony. The event coincided with Odisha’s major festival, Nuakhai.
Under the leadership of Arun Barik, president of the Samiti, a meeting was held. He extended greetings to everyone on the occasion of Nuakhai, observed on August 28. He noted the importance of linking cultural festivities with the community spirit.
Central vice president Praveen Mahanand and Nehru Colony society president informed that the youth committee had scheduled programs from August 26 to August 29. The celebrations included both Ganesh Puja rituals and Nuakhai festivities.
The meeting was attended by central advisor Durga Mahanand, Rahul Haripal, Ankit Mahanand, Deepak Bhoi, Manish Mahanand, Amit Bag, Sani Das, Binod Haripal, Vishal, and others.
