JAMSHEDPUR – Security forces achieved a major breakthrough in West Singhbhum with a large arms seizure during an anti-Naxal operation.
Under the directives of SP Rakesh Ranjan, forces conducted a targeted action. They recovered four ASLR rifles, 527 live cartridges, and nine magazines. Several other items were also found during the sweep.
According to SP Ranjan, all recovered arms and ammunition were property of the police and security personnel. He urged Naxals to abandon violence and accept the government’s surrender policy.
However, the SP cautioned that those who ignore the call will face lethal force. He appealed to rebels to rejoin mainstream society and secure a peaceful future.
