JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy conducted a Rudra Abhishek ceremony at Tarapur in Munger district, receiving honors from local legislator Rajiv Kumar Singh.
Roy reached Tarapur on Sunday evening. He participated in the camp organized by Bola Bam Seva Trust, Jamshedpur. The MLA served water and food to Kanwar devotees.
On Monday, Roy continued his service activities. He provided refreshments to pilgrims throughout the day. Meanwhile, he offered encouragement to the devotees. Moreover, he walked alongside them for some distance.
Tarapur MLA Rajiv Kumar Singh visited Roy during the event. Singh honored the Jamshedpur legislator with a traditional shawl. In addition, Roy’s friend Vinod Hisaria from Begusarai assisted in serving meals.
Roy performed the Rudra Abhishek ceremony on Monday morning. He conducted prayers for universal welfare at the venue. Furthermore, he visited the 108 Krishna Kali Bhagwati Harwanshpur Teldiha Rajeshwari temple complex.
The ceremony took place at Rajendra Singh Dwar premises. However, Roy was accompanied by Bola Bam Seva Trust members. Besides, proper rituals and worship were conducted according to tradition.
Roy’s visit demonstrates cross-party cooperation in religious activities. The event highlights the cultural significance of Kanwar pilgrimage. Moreover, it showcases community service during the holy month.
