JAMSHEDPUR – Amateur golfer Shat Mishra dominates PGTI Pre-Qualifying II with outstanding performance.

The nineteen-year-old DLF Golf & Country Club player maintained steady control. His three-under 68 in round two solidified his position.

Meanwhile, Mishra’s total score of eight-under 134 established a commanding lead. The young golfer finished three shots ahead of competitors.

Tournament Highlights

The competition featured 109 players vying for qualification spots. However, only 28 secured positions for the Final Qualifying Stage.

Moreover, the qualifying cut was established at one-over 143. This marked an intense competition level.

Amateur’s Exceptional Performance

Mishra demonstrated remarkable recovery skills throughout the tournament. His performance included five birdies and two bogeys.

Additionally, the young golfer excelled particularly on par-5 holes. He maintained impressive consistency across both rounds.

International Competition

Bangladesh’s Md Solayeman shared the second position with Delhi’s Shubham Narain. Both players finished with five-under 137 totals.

Meanwhile, Mishra’s junior-level experience proved valuable. His nine previous victories contributed to tournament composure.
