JAMSHEDPUR – The East Singhbhum district administration is all set to celebrate Republic Day with its main flag-hoisting ceremony scheduled at Gopal Maidan. A final parade rehearsal was held today with active participation from district police personnel, Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP), NCC cadets, and students from various schools.
The rehearsal was supervised by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishore Kaushal, who provided key instructions to the participants. Addressing the gathering, SSP Kaushal emphasized discipline during the parade, urging students and cadets to maintain focus and refrain from distractions. “Stay in line and salute with precision,” he advised.
Enhanced Security Measures
In preparation for the Republic Day celebrations, police have deployed special security forces across the city. SSP Kaushal confirmed that all hotels and lodges in Jamshedpur are being thoroughly checked to ensure safety.
