RANCHI – Cold wave conditions have persisted in Jharkhand, with significant temperature variations recorded across districts. While Seraikela AWS reported the highest maximum temperature of 33.9°C, Gumla AWS registered the lowest minimum temperature of 7.1°C.

In the last 24 hours, dry conditions prevailed across the state. Jamshedpur recorded a maximum temperature of 29°C with a 24-hour change of +0.2°C. Ranchi experienced a slightly cooler maximum temperature of 25.8°C. Chaibasa observed a high of 33.4°C, showing a notable 24-hour increase of +8.2°C.
