MEDININAGAR – Preparations are in full swing for one-day block-level health fairs scheduled across all blocks of Palamu from January 20 to 24, under the guidance of Palamu Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shashi Ranjan. These fairs, part of the Block Health Fair 2025 initiative, aim to provide free healthcare services and promote awareness about health schemes.
Comprehensive Healthcare Services for All
The fairs will offer a range of medical services, including general health check-ups, maternal and child healthcare, vaccinations, cataract screening, ENT, dental, dermatology, and TB testing. Additionally, facilities for Ayushman Bharat cards, ABHA cards, and other health-related schemes will be available. Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, and Yoga services will also be provided.
Residents facing issues during the fairs can report complaints via the DC’s official Facebook and X accounts. The administration encourages active participation to maximize the benefits of these services.
Health Fair Schedule Announced
The schedule for the fairs has been finalized:
- January 20: Naudiha Bazaar Block Office, Mohammadganj PHC, Adhaura Campus.
- January 21: Nawabazar PHC, Haidernagar Panchayat Secretariat.
- January 22: Chainpur Pathra PHC, Chhatarpur SDH Campus, Satbarwa Dulshulma Panchayat Bhawan, Hussainabad SDH, Pandra CHC, Pipra.
- January 23: Tarhasi RK Public School, Untari Road CHC, Patan CHC, Panki Ranebhari High School.
- January 24: Manatu Padma Panchayat Bhawan, Ramgarh Bazaar Shed, Medininagar Middle School Chukru, Lesliganj CHC, Bishrampur PHC, Padwa Mod, Hariharganj Middle School.
DC Shashi Ranjan appealed to residents to participate in these health fairs and avail themselves of the comprehensive medical services.
