Leadership Camp ‘Pankh’ Aims to Foster Empathy and Teamwork Among Students

JAMSHEDPUR – Rotary Club Jamshedpur West is set to organize a three-day residential youth leadership camp at Kerala Public School.

The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) camp, named ‘Pankh’, will take place from January 17 to 19, 2025. Over 150 students from various schools will participate in the event.

Meanwhile, students from 15-20 schools across Bihar and Jharkhand have confirmed their participation. The program aims to develop essential leadership skills among young participants.

Distinguished Speakers

PDG Rotarian Pratim Banerjee will deliver the keynote address at the inauguration ceremony. Moreover, Sourav Roy from Tata Steel Foundation will share insights as the chief guest.

“The camp emphasizes compassionate leadership and community service,” a senior Rotary official explained. The theme reflects RYLA’s commitment to fostering empathetic leadership.

Comprehensive Schedule

The three-day program includes various engaging activities and sessions. On the other hand, participants will enjoy cultural competitions and team-building exercises.

Looking Forward

Colonel Arora and cricketer Saurabh Tiwari will interact with the participants. Furthermore, the camp will conclude with a certificate distribution ceremony.
