The supervisory committee told the assembly that the income-expenditure statement for the tenure from 2020 to 2026 was presented by former acting president Rakesh Sahu, but the committee found it incomplete. The committee alleges that the amount of donation received in the name of the society was deposited in a personal bank account and its complete account was not provided.

The committee says that the fixed deposits of the society were broken before time and satisfactory details of the interest received from it were not presented. Lack of UDIN number, lack of information related to bank account and other discrepancies were also mentioned in the audit report.
It was also decided in the general meeting that in future no member will be able to hold any one post for more than two consecutive terms or a total of six years. Also, he will not be able to become a candidate again for the same post.
