JAMSHEDPUR – A kite-flying accident at Yashodanagar in Govindpur has left young Abhinav severely burned.
The incident occurred on January 6. The eighth-grade student was flying a kite with copper wire.
Meanwhile, his kite got entangled in high-tension wires. A fireball dropped on him, causing severe burns.
Medical Condition
Abhinav spoke to his mother on Thursday. His father Shashi Pandey reports slight improvement.
However, the pain returns when medication wears off. The burns cover a significant portion of his body.
Community Support
Social worker Bunty Singh offered financial help. He contributed Rs 10,000 for treatment.
Moreover, the family seeks additional support. They lack funds for medical expenses.
