CHAIBASA – Food Safety Officer Abhishek Anand conducted a surprise inspection of Bombay Delight Bakery in Chakradharpur.

The officer found valid FSSAI registration. “The bakery needs proper licensing,” a department official stated.

The team collected product samples for testing. The bakery received 15 days to address identified issues.

Meanwhile, officials checked food quality standards. They emphasized proper documentation requirements.

Moreover, the inspection covered hygiene practices. Staff must wear appropriate safety gear while cooking.
