JAMSHEDPUR – The chowkidar recruitment exam in East Singhbhum faces backlash, with candidates and political leaders demanding its cancellation due to alleged irregularities.

Political Support Fuels Protesters’ Demands

Speaking at the protest, Devendra Nath Mahato remarked, “The recruitment process is riddled with flaws, raising serious concerns of corruption. This jeopardizes the future of honest and hardworking candidates.” He urged the Deputy Commissioner, Ananya Mittal, to cancel the current exam results and conduct a transparent re-examination.
