JAMSHEDPUR – The Chakulia police launched a digital awareness campaign by installing QR codes at 112 strategic locations across the town.

The initiative focuses on enhancing emergency response capabilities. Station Officer-in-charge Santosh Kumar is leading this technological integration.

“This system ensures immediate police assistance during emergencies,” said a senior police official involved in the project.

Digital Infrastructure

The QR codes have been strategically placed at high-footfall areas. Furthermore, locations include major banks and fuel stations.

Meanwhile, the system provides direct access to the emergency helpline. Additionally, clear instructions accompany each QR code installation.

Community Safety Enhancement

The initiative represents a shift towards smart policing solutions. Moreover, it aims to reduce response time during emergencies.
