GAMHARIA – Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and local MLA Champai Soren met with the grieving family of Sonu Sardar, who was brutally shot dead late Friday night. Soren visited the family in Yashpur village on Monday to console them and expressed his deep condolences.

During his visit, Champai Soren described Sonu Sardar, husband of Yashpur Panchayat Mukhiya Parvati Sardar and president of the District Para Teachers’ Association, as a kind-hearted social worker. He condemned the killing, stating, “This murder highlights the deteriorating law and order in the state.”
Soren expressed concern over the delay in arresting the culprits. He urged the district police to expedite the investigation and ensure justice for the bereaved family.
