Murder of Mukhiya’s Husband Sparks Outrage, Former Union Minister Demands Swift Action

SERAIKELA – Para Teachers’ Union District President and Mukhiya’s husband Sonu Sardar was fatally shot by unidentified criminals near his school in Bardih village, Seraikela.

Sardar, 40, was returning from a party function in Ganjia when the incident occurred. The assailants ambushed him near Nav Prathmik Vidyalaya Bardih.

Local police swiftly reached the crime scene. They sent the body to Saraikela Sadar Hospital for post-mortem examination.

Political Response and Demands

Former Union Minister Arjun Munda expressed deep concern over the incident. “Such heinous crimes create fear and insecurity in society,” a reliable source quoted him saying.

Moreover, Munda personally contacted the Superintendent of Police. He urged for immediate action against the perpetrators.

Union’s Strong Stand

The Para Teachers’ Union has intensified their demands. “We seek thorough investigation and immediate arrest,” stated a union representative.

Meanwhile, the Jharkhand Sahayak Adhyapak Sangharsh Morcha has stepped forward. They demand Rs 50 lakh compensation for Sardar’s family.

Furthermore, the Bhumij Samaj has issued a 24-hour ultimatum. They warn of protests if arrests are not made promptly.
