JAMSHEDPUR – The district administration conducted an intensive drive against illegal parking in busy commercial areas, penalizing 74 vehicles for violations in no-parking zones.

SDM Shatabdi Majumdar led the operation. Multiple departments joined the enforcement drive.

“Illegal parking severely disrupts traffic flow,” noted a traffic official.

Key Focus Areas

The campaign targeted major congestion points. Sakchi Kalimati Road saw strict enforcement.

Meanwhile, Bistupur’s busy stretches received attention. Officials monitored Kharkai Link Road closely.

“These areas witness frequent violations,” explained a transport officer.

Future Enforcement

The administration warned of vehicle seizures. Violators must pay fines for vehicle release.

Moreover, regular monitoring will continue. Officials aim to ensure lasting compliance.

“Strict action will deter violations,” remarked an enforcement official.
