Five-Day Railway Development Work Affects Major Train Routes

JAMSHEDPUR – Railway announces major schedule changes affecting multiple train services in Chakradharpur Division.

The disruption starts from December 8. Development works continue until December 12.

Meanwhile, Tatanagar-Hatia Express faces cancellation. The service stops on December 8 and 11.

Furthermore, Tatanagar-Bilaspur Express suspends operations. Cancellations affect both directions of travel.

Additionally, Asansol-Tatanagar Express halts service. The train cancels its December 8 schedule.

On the other hand, MEMU services face restrictions. Jhargram-Purulia MEMU cancels three days.

Moreover, several trains modify their routes. Asansol-Tatanagar MEMU terminates at Purulia.

The Dhanbad-Tatanagar Express changes its schedule. However, it will operate till Adra.

Meanwhile, Ranchi-Howrah Intercity takes alternate route. It diverts via Kotshila and Rajabera.

The development work improves rail infrastructure. Additionally, it enhances passenger safety.

Regular services resume after December 12. However, passengers should verify schedules beforehand.

“Safety remains our priority,” stated a railway official. Infrastructure upgrades continue systematically.
