JAMSHEDPUR – Railway authorities announced route diversions for several long-distance trains because of development work in Southern Railway zones.
Meanwhile, railway officials imposed traffic blocks between June 5 and June 21.
Moreover, the changes affected trains passing through Chakradharpur Railway Division.
The Tatanagar-Ernakulam Express operated through alternative routes on several dates.
Furthermore, the train diverted on June 5, 17, 19 and 20.
The service travelled through Gudur, Renigunta and Tiruttani sections.
In addition, the route included Melapakkam and Katpadi stations.
Besides, the Purulia-Tirunelveli Express also faced route modifications on June 19.
Meanwhile, the Jasidih-Bengaluru Express operated through diversions on June 5 and 12.
Later, the same train again diverted on June 19.
Moreover, the Agartala-SMVT Bengaluru Express changed routes on June 6 and 13.
Additionally, the Agartala-Bengaluru Express diverted on June 9 and 16.
However, the Kamakhya-Bengaluru Express operated through alternative tracks on June 10.
