The corporation struggles with significant employee shortages.

“Outsourcing dependency is unsustainable,” stated MLA Saryu Roy.

The corporation manages 245.57 kilometers of roads.

Infrastructure Concerns

Meanwhile, only 51.55 kilometers of drains have covers.

Most of 5,527 streetlights remain non-functional.

Furthermore, the EESL agency faces scrutiny for poor maintenance.

The corporation needs better coordination for sanitation work.

Additionally, officials plan permanent spaces for street vendors.

The corporation will study Indore’s successful municipal model.

On the other hand, tax collection requires service improvements.

Mango Market development needs collaboration with agricultural committee.

Besides, door-to-door garbage collection requires expansion.
