Satyendra Kumar was unanimously proposed as the new Chairman by Dr. KK Lal and Mohammad Jafar, while Rajesh Kumar Sawa and Vijay Ojha nominated J.P. Singh as Secretary. Both nominations were unanimously approved by attendees.
