Aadhaar Camp Launched in Jamshedpur East

MLA Saryu Roy Initiates Aadhaar Service Camp in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur East MLA Office hosts Aadhaar camp for easy access to services.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant move to ease Aadhaar-related services for the residents of Jamshedpur East Assembly Constituency, a five-day camp has been initiated by MLA Shri Saryu Roy.

The camp, situated behind the Recreation Club on Kadani Road, Baridih, began on Sunday and is housed in Qr No. 1, near the old Homeopathic Dispensary of Tata Steel.

It offers facilities for new Aadhaar enrollments, corrections, mobile number updates, and other Aadhaar-related services.

On its first day, the camp witnessed a high turnout, with many citizens availing of the services provided.

The initiative was driven by the need to address the lack of adequate Aadhaar centers in the Jamshedpur East Assembly Constituency, which had forced residents to travel long distances for Aadhaar-related work.

The camp aims to consolidate Aadhaar authentication and updation services in one location, improving accessibility for the public.

The effort to set up this camp came after discussions with the regional office of UIDAI, reflecting a collaborative approach to address public needs.

Ashok Kumar, Birendra Singh, and Amit Kumar from the MLA’s office are overseeing the operations of the camp.

This initiative is expected to greatly benefit the local population by simplifying access to essential Aadhaar services.
