JAMSHEDPUR – Senior Congress leader Dr. Ajoy Kumar congratulated Hemant Soren on taking the oath as Jharkhand’s Chief Minister for the fourth time. He expressed confidence in the government’s dedication to public welfare and sustainable development.

Dr. Ajoy highlighted the importance of this term for the India Alliance-led government in Jharkhand. He stated that the administration will focus on addressing the aspirations of over 3.5 crore residents. Key priorities include empowering women, uplifting youth, and improving the lives of the underprivileged.

He assured that significant welfare schemes would soon be launched, reflecting the government’s commitment to holistic development. “The new cabinet expansion will be announced shortly, ensuring that public interests are prioritized,” said Dr. Ajoy.

Dr. Ajoy commended the public for rejecting divisive forces during the elections. He accused BJP leaders of using communal rhetoric to create discord, calling it disgraceful and unacceptable. He also criticized the Election Commission for allegedly remaining inactive against such tactics. “It was the people’s voice that effectively countered these forces,” he remarked.

Looking ahead, Dr. Ajoy expressed optimism that the Hemant Soren-led government would propel Jharkhand on the path of progress while addressing key social and economic challenges.
