RANCHI – Hemant Soren prepares to begin his fourth term as Chief Minister amid massive celebrations.

The swearing-in ceremony will start at 4 PM. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar will administer the oath.

Moreover, the event will witness unprecedented opposition unity. National leaders confirm their attendance.

The cabinet formation remains pending. Alliance partners continue discussions on seat sharing.

Meanwhile, CPI-ML will decide their role after November 29. Their standing committee meets in Ranchi.

In addition, the state government declared all visiting leaders as state guests.

Furthermore, traffic restrictions will be implemented across Ranchi. Heavy vehicles face entry restrictions.

The authorities have arranged designated parking areas. Different zones cater to vehicles from various districts.

Besides, the JMM-led alliance secured a commanding victory. They won 56 seats overall.

The party achieved its best performance yet. JMM alone secured 34 seats.

On the other hand, Congress won 16 seats. RJD and CPI-ML added more strength.
