RANCHI – Hemant Soren prepares to begin his fourth term as Chief Minister amid massive celebrations.
The swearing-in ceremony will start at 4 PM. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar will administer the oath.
Moreover, the event will witness unprecedented opposition unity. National leaders confirm their attendance.
The cabinet formation remains pending. Alliance partners continue discussions on seat sharing.
Meanwhile, CPI-ML will decide their role after November 29. Their standing committee meets in Ranchi.
