JAMSHEDPUR – The South Eastern Railway has announced significant changes in train schedules due to developmental work in the Chakradharpur Division, impacting several routes and services.
Train cancellations include the Tatanagar-Hatia Express (18601/18602) and the Tatanagar-Barkakana Special (08151/08152) on multiple dates, with other major routes also affected.

Short termination arrangements have been made for trains like the Asansol-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08173/08174), which will originate from Purulia on specific dates, leaving Tatanagar services unavailable.
"Passengers are requested to check train schedules and make alternate arrangements," a railway official stated.
Diversion and Alternative Routes
The Ranchi-Howrah Express (22892) will operate on a diverted route via Kotshila, Rajabera, and Midnapore during the developmental works.
Further cancellations include the Purulia-Jhargram Special (08697/08698) and Dhanbad-Tatanagar Express (13301/13302), with services between Adra and Tatanagar curtailed.
