Bullet and Scorpio Collision Injures Three in Palamu, One Critical

MEDININAGAR – A head-on collision between a Bullet motorcycle and a Scorpio on Sudna Railway Overbridge late Monday night left three injured, with one in critical condition.

The accident occurred around 11 PM when the Bullet, carrying three individuals, was traveling from Jailhata towards Bairiya Chowk. A high-speed Scorpio from the opposite direction collided with the bike.

The injured were identified as Sandeep Kumar Ram from Purwadeeha village, Govind Kumar Singh from Patariya village, and Ankit Kumar from Bairiya Chowk. Ankit, who sustained severe injuries, was referred to Ranchi for advanced medical treatment, while the other two are being treated at MRMC Hospital.

Following the collision, occupants of the Scorpio fled the scene. Both vehicles have been seized by the police and taken to the local station.

City Police Station Officer Devvrat Poddar confirmed the seizure and stated that an investigation is ongoing to ascertain responsibility and locate the absconding Scorpio occupants.

The families of the injured have been informed, and further legal steps are being taken.
