JAMSHEDPUR – Mayoral candidate Dolly Malik has expanded her outreach in Jugsalai, meeting residents across wards and outlining plans for civic development.

Campaigning has gathered pace in Jugsalai as the municipal election approaches. Meanwhile, mayoral candidate Dolly Malik has intensified her public engagement.

She visited multiple wards and met residents at their homes. Moreover, she listened to complaints and sought electoral support.

During interactions, she highlighted roads and sanitation concerns. In addition, she stressed drinking water and drainage issues.

She said basic amenities require urgent attention in several pockets. However, she assured voters of transparent functioning if elected.

“If people bless me, development will be my priority,” she said. Meanwhile, she pledged accountable governance in civic matters.

Supporters and local workers accompanied her during the outreach. Moreover, small meetings and street corner gatherings were organised across localities.

Residents shared grievances related to infrastructure and services. In response, she promised timely redressal of public issues.

Earlier, ten candidates filed nominations for the Jugsalai chief post, according to the nomination update. Meanwhile, election symbols were allotted in East Singhbhum as noted in the symbol allocation report.

The Bharatiya Janata Party also announced nominees for Mango and Jugsalai seats, as reported in the BJP candidate list. In addition, a recent withdrawal reshaped the contest, according to the withdrawal development.

As polling day nears, candidates are expanding grassroots campaigns across Jamshedpur. Meanwhile, authorities have urged peaceful participation in the electoral process.
