JAMSHEDPUR – Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate campaigned in Jamshedpur on Tuesday, showing support for Dr. Ajoy Kumar, the Congress candidate for Jamshedpur East.

Shrinate first joined a roadshow rally with Kumar and Congress supporters, followed by a press conference. She highlighted Kumar’s commitment to freeing Jamshedpur East residents from what she described as a climate of "fear and intimidation."

According to Shrinate, Kumar is contesting against the “intimidating” influence of former Chief Minister Raghubar Das’s family in the constituency.

Speaking to journalists, Shrinate praised Kumar as both "fearless and a leader,” stating, “He served fearlessly in khaki, and now he is here in khadi to serve the people.”

She noted that Kumar’s campaign priorities include essential issues like education, healthcare, and holistic development. Describing him as “a leader with vision and mission,” she affirmed that Kumar is running with a goal of genuine public service rather than simply winning a title.

Shrinate further pointed out that Kumar’s background as an IPS officer and former law enforcement leader in Jamshedpur brings a unique strength to his campaign.

She expressed confidence in his ability to remove “fear and intimidation” from Jamshedpur East, stating that Kumar has the “experience and capability” to bring security and welfare to the community.
