According to the Hindu calendar, the Amavasya, or new moon, will start at 3:32 PM on October 31 and continue until the evening of November 1.
Astrologers have recommended celebrating Diwali on October 31, as the Amavasya coincides with both Pradosh and Nishita times, which are considered highly auspicious.
For Lakshmi Puja, two favorable time slots have been determined this year.
The first auspicious time is during Pradosh, which will last from 5:36 PM to 8:11 PM.
The second favorable time for Lakshmi Puja will occur during the Taurus period from 6:20 PM to 8:15 PM.
Dhanteras will be celebrated on October 29, followed by Narak Chaturdashi on October 30.
Govardhan Puja will take place on November 2, and Bhai Dooj will be celebrated on November 3.
