JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand’s U-19 cricket team secured a 24-run victory over Delhi in a Vinoo Mankad Trophy match held in Puducherry, thanks to a crucial half-century from captain Bishesh Dutta.
Batting first, Jharkhand posted a competitive total of 245/7 in 49 overs, with Dutta contributing 50 runs, supported by Vivek Kumar’s 47 and Durgesh Kumar’s 38.
In response, Delhi struggled against Jharkhand’s disciplined bowling, getting bowled out for 221 in 46.5 overs.
