JAMSHEDPUR – The district administration has unveiled comprehensive safety measures for the upcoming Durga Puja celebrations, calling for public cooperation.

District officials have issued a list of dos and don’ts for the festival.

Parents are advised to put contact information in children’s pockets.

Vehicle owners must park in designated areas and double-lock their vehicles.

Moreover, devotees should use designated entry gates to avoid congestion.

The public is urged to report suspicious objects to the police immediately.

Information centers at pandals will handle lost items and missing person reports.

Plastic items are prohibited in pandal areas to reduce environmental impact.

Additionally, devotees must stay away from electrical equipment and wiring.

Motorists are warned against speeding and using pressure horns near crowds.

The administration has banned motorcycle stunts and triple riding.

Visiting pandals under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Women are advised to avoid wearing expensive jewelry to prevent theft.

Furthermore, citizens are urged to ignore baseless rumors to prevent panic.

Firecrackers are banned near pandals to minimize accident risks.

A local official stated, "Our goal is to ensure a safe and joyous Durga Puja for all."
