Three-member panel to investigate allegations in JSSC CGL exam

Key Points:

• Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission sets up inquiry committee

• Panel to probe alleged irregularities in JSSC CGL examination

• Sudhir Kumar Gupta to head the three-member investigation team

RANCHI – The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has taken a significant step in response to allegations of exam irregularities.

The JSSC announced on Friday the formation of a three-member committee to investigate claims of malpractice in its Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination. This decision comes amid growing concerns about the integrity of the recruitment process.

Moreover, Sudhir Kumar Gupta has been appointed as the chairman of this investigative panel. His leadership is expected to ensure a thorough and impartial inquiry into the matter.

Furthermore, two other officials have been named as members of the committee. Madhumita Kumari, the Joint Secretary of the Commission, brings her administrative expertise to the investigation team.

In addition, Arvind Kumar Lal, who serves as both Deputy Secretary and Examination Controller, has also been included in the panel. His experience in exam management will be crucial to the investigation process.

On the other hand, the formation of this committee demonstrates JSSC’s commitment to maintaining transparency in its recruitment procedures. It also shows their responsiveness to public concerns about exam integrity.

Meanwhile, candidates who appeared for the JSSC CGL exam are eagerly awaiting the outcome of this investigation. The findings of this committee could have significant implications for the ongoing recruitment process.
