Srivastava’s family was forced to sleep in an upstairs room due to flooding.

Around 1:30 AM, Srivastava’s wife heard suspicious noises from downstairs.

Upon investigation, they found the door locked from outside.

After breaking the door, Srivastava discovered the burglary had already taken place.

The thieves had ransacked the house, leaving belongings scattered everywhere.

Items stolen included ₹20,000 cash, a smartphone, and various gold jewelry pieces.
