Sacred Heart Convent School Celebrates “Joy of Creation” to Launch Season of Creation
School event features dynamic Earth formation enactment, environmental advocacy, and student-led activities.
Sacred Heart Convent School hosted a special event titled “Joy of Creation” to mark the beginning of the Season of Creation, celebrated from September 1 to October 4.
JAMSHEDPUR – Sacred Heart Convent School kicked off the Season of Creation with an event called "Joy of Creation," emphasizing the celebration of nature and the bounty of the harvest.
Students, under the guidance of their teachers, performed an engaging enactment showcasing the formation of the Earth and stressing the importance of environmental conservation.
A video compilation was also presented, highlighting the students’ ongoing contributions to sustainability.
Addressing the young audience, Principal Sister M. Steffi A.C. urged the students to recognize the environment as "the most beautiful creation of the Divine," emphasizing the need to preserve it for future generations.
To keep the momentum of the celebration alive, the school’s Environment Club has planned a series of fun activities throughout the observance period, involving students from all grades to raise awareness.
The "Joy of Creation" event was a resounding success, with students eagerly anticipating the upcoming activities.
