JAMSHEDPUR – MLA Saryu Roy addressed over 2000 party workers at Sidhgora Town Hall, preparing them for upcoming assembly elections.
Roy praised workers’ dedication during the Corona pandemic, recalling his office’s transformation into a food distribution center.
The MLA highlighted over Rs 156 crore in development projects across various departments during his tenure.
Post-Corona infrastructure improvements include extended water and electricity services to areas outside Tata Steel’s lease.
A new water treatment plant for Bhuinyandih, Lalbhatta, and Babudih was among the significant developments mentioned.
Roy announced Phase-2 of the Moharda Water Supply Scheme, proposing direct sourcing from Chandil Dam.
